10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; (2) Patients who agree to sign the informed consent form; (3) Patients with scoliosis(Cobb angle of 10° - 45°); (4) Patients aged between 10 and 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are candidates for surgery or have already undergone surgical treatment; (2) Patients who have completed bracing treatment; (3) Patients diagnosed with other types of diseases that are not idiopathic scoliosis(such as neuromuscular scoliosis, degenerative scoliosis, and congenital scoliosis, etc.); (4) Patients who have diseases that prevent them from undergoing the treatment methods of this experiment; (5) Patients with the apical vertebra located above the T7 segment; (6) Patients with significant cognitive impairments that prevent them from participating in training and completing questionnaires.
