36 Years to 81 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants undergoing radical resection; 2. PDAC confirmed by postoperative pathology; 3. Abdominal CT plain scan completed within 30 days prior to surgery with good image quality; 4. Resectable pancreatic cancer as defined in the NCCN criteria; 5. Complete clinical, preoperative biochemical, pathological and at least 12 months postoperative follow-up data or tumor recurrence has been clarified within 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who received any form of preoperative neoadjuvant therapy (e.g., preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy); 2. Those with preoperative distant metastases or unresectable locally progressive tumors; 3. Those who died within 30 days of surgery; 4. Those who had poor quality preoperative CT images (e.g., severe respiratory motion artifacts) or missing image data; 5. Those with incomplete clinical or follow-up data.
