Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with cervical OPLL through imaging; 2.The patient has obvious clinical symptoms; 3.Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent serious spinal diseases (such as tumors, infections, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.); 2.There are surgical contraindications (such as coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease); 3.Mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with follow-up investigations; 4.Pregnant women.
