Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comprehensive evaluation of knee X-ray, CT and MRI examination before surgery, the presence of medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) injury and patellar OCFs; 2. Cartilage defects on the articular surface of the patella were found on intraoperative exploration, and free bone fragments could be found in the joint cavity, and the shapes of the two were basically the same; 3. The size of OCFs bone block is greater than 10mm×10mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No free bone fragments were found by imaging and microscopic exploration; 2. Long course of disease (> 1 month), or pre-existing patellofemoral arthritis; 3. Tibial tuberosity-femoral trochlear groove distance (TT-TG) value > 20mm, femoral anteversion angle >35° or severe dysplasia of the femoral trochlear (type C, type D trochlea); 4. Suffering from mental illness or unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 5. The patient's postoperative reexamination data is incomplete or there is no reexamination data.
