Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective thoracic surgery; 2. Age> 18 years old; 3. ASA classification I.-III; 4. The patient and his/her family agree and sign the anesthesia consent form before surgery, and stay in the hospital for observation for more than 3 days after surgery; 5. No serious language communication barriers, can agree to and accept the postoperative follow-up content after explanation; 6. No cognitive dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal by the patient or family; 2. Presence of severe language communication disorder; 3. Patients with high risk of esophageal reflux and who do not strictly fast water and have a full stomach before surgery may cause reflux and aspiration of gastric contents during surgery; 4. Patients who did not undergo pulmonary function tests before surgery; 5. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; 6. Patients with pulmonary hypertension combined with right heart failure, atrial fibrillation, NYHA cardiac function grade 3 or above, and congenital heart disease; Patients with severe arrhythmia, second- or third-degree atrioventricular block; 7. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure; 8. Patients with peripheral neuropathy, severe anemia (Hb<30g/L), severe hypoproteinemia (albumin<20g) or other serious blood diseases; 9. Patients with a history of allergy to anesthetic drugs.
