Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients (=18 years old) diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) according to the 2020 AHA Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients With Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. 2.Left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient > 50 mmHg or mid-ventricular obstruction gradient > 30 mmHg. 3.Patients with HCM and left ventricular aneurysm requiring surgical intervention. 4.Patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ApHCM) and heart failure refractory to drug therapy requiring surgical intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients did not undergo operation; 2.Patients with severe deficiencies in clinical and follow-up data.
