Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years (no upper age limit) ; 2.pathological diagnosis was colorectal adenocarcinoma ; 3.the location of tumor metastasis and the number of metastases can be clarified ; 4.tumor lesion tissue can be obtained by surgical resection or puncture ; 5.baseline blood samples can be obtained before treatment;6.PS score 0-1 points ; 7.informed consent can be obtained .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with familial hereditary tumors ; 2.other serious diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival ; 3.any social / psychological problems, etc., judged by the researcher is not suitable for patients to participate in this study ; 4.known history of allogeneic organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ; 5.patients who need antiviral therapy during the study ; 6.the researchers evaluated other situations that were not suitable for participation in the study.
