Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome; Age range: 18-39 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Other diseases that can cause symptoms similar to PCOS, such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc.; 3. Patients with other endocrine diseases or systemic underlying diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes; 4. Those who have used antibiotics or other drugs within the past month and have taken sex hormone drugs within the past three months; 5. History of malignant tumors; 6. Those with malignant infectious diseases such as plague, cholera, AIDS, and tuberculosis.
