Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury issued by the American Spinal Injury Association ASIA. [1], and have clear clinical manifestations of spinal cord injury; 2. The course of disease is more than half a year; 3. The ASIA classification was C/D, 4. the damaged segment was T10-L2; 5. Muscle tension of each muscle group in both lower limbs <= grade 2 6. No cognitive, visual and auditory dysfunction, able to communicate with the therapist normally and rehabilitation exercise according to the therapist's advice; 7. The patient can walk with assistance or independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complete spinal cord injury; 2. Patients with fracture, contracture or deformity of lower limbs; 3. People with other basic diseases of multi-organ and multi-system damage; 4. The patient had other medical diseases that affected the walking function training; 5. Patients with communication barriers and non-compliance with medical advice 6. those who quit midway.
