Interventions

Experimental group 1:Multimodal exercise intervention: including aerobic training (dance, Tai Chi, etc.), resistance training (bench press with objects, bent arm support, lunge, elastic band exercises
Control group 1:Routine health management: free exercise, and receive disease-related drug and non-drug treatment according to the principles of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guideline
Experimental group 2:Personalized nutrition guidance: including setting nutrition goals, formulating nutrition prescriptions, assisting in dietary fortification, optimizing nutrition intake, swallowin
Control group 2:Routine health management: All subjects will be free to eat and drink, and will receive disease-related drug and non-drug treatment in accordance with the principles of evidence-based

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=60 years; 2. Be able to cooperate with the completion of all evaluations and sample collection; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with all assessments or sample collection: such as paralysis, dementia or mental illness; 2. Suffering from autoimmune diseases, hematologic diseases or malignant tumors; 3. Have severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4. Have a serious infectious disease; 5. Ongoing treatment with hormones or immunosuppressants; 6. Unwilling to participate or not to sign the informed consent form.
