Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; (2) age >=18 years old; (3) the American association of anesthesia medical 28 division (AmericanSocietyofAnesthesiology, ASA) anesthesia risk class ? or ?; (4) can cooperate with the assessment of various scales and have certain language expression ability; (5) patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the diameter of gastrointestinal polyps > 2cm and or the gastrointestinal wound > 2cm; (2) Delayed water intake after endoscopic treatment, including active bleeding and high risk of perforation (such as coagulopathy); (3) patients with high risk of reflux; (4) abnormal gastric motility, recent use of drugs affecting gastric motility; (5) history of gastrointestinal tumors;
