60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=60 years old; 2. Undergo general anesthesia; 3.ASA Grade I-III; 4. Elective long operation ( >= 2.5h)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness such as dementia, mild cognitive impairment or delirium before operation; 2. Refuse to sign the informed consent; 3. Unable to cooperate with scale assessment

MeasureTime frame
Amplitude of brain potential change 10 minutes after marker events (hypotension, hypertension, hypothermia, hypercapnia, hypocapnia) during anesthesia;Eeg spectrogram and topographic map characteristics of postoperative cognitive impairment group;
