Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Genetic testing and muscle biopsy confirm the diagnosis of muscular dystrophy; (2) The age range of patients is from 1 to 60 years; (3) There is no significant renal dysfunction before MRI (serum creatinine clearance rate greater than 120 µmol/L); (4) Understand the potential risks/benefits, agree to participate in the study, be informed about the study procedures, agree to complete study follow-ups, and comply with the requirements of the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with concurrent congenital heart disease or primary cardiomyopathy; severe arrhythmias, frequent atrial fibrillation with significant image quality artifacts; those who have previously participated in trials of drugs or biologics that could confound the results of this study. ? (2)MRI contraindications: Individuals with cardiac pacemakers, neurostimulators, prosthetic metal heart valves, aneurysm clips, intraocular metal foreign bodies, cochlear implants, metallic prostheses, metal limbs, metallic joints, and ferromagnetic foreign bodies within the body; patients with severe hyperthermia; those with severe respiratory diseases who are unable to hold their breath, etc., as detailed in the "Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging Informed Consent Form". ? (3)Individuals with claustrophobia. ? (4)Contrast agent (gadolinium-based) contraindications: Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) < 60 mL/min/1.73 m^2; history of adverse reactions to gadolinium-based contrast agents.
