Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Construction of research (longitudinal study section): (1) Diagnosis of calcification defense; (2) Age range: 18 to 75 years old; (3) Expected survival time = 12 months; (4) No cognitive impairment, able to fully express one's true experiences and feelings; (5) Clear consciousness, knowledge of diagnosis, independent communication skills, and signing of informed consent form. 2.Intervention study: (1) Diagnosed calcification defense; (2) Maintenance hemodialysis duration = 3 months; (3) Age range: 18 to 75 years old; (4) Expected survival time = 12 months; (5) Clear consciousness, knowledge of diagnosis, independent communication skills, and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Construction of research (longitudinal study section): (1) Merge serious diseases of important organs; (2) Due to the presence of mental illnesses, it is difficult to cooperate well with researchers. 2. Intervention study: (1) Merge serious diseases of important organs; (2) Due to the presence of mental illnesses, it is difficult to cooperate well with researchers. (3) Participate in other clinical intervention studies.
