Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis, with neck pain as the main complaint. 2. The duration of the disease is not limited. 3. Age >= 20 and <= 75 years old, gender not limited. 4. When included, the visual analog scale score for neck pain severity was = 30 (0-100mm). 5. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a skin disease in the treatment area. 2. Cervical tuberculosis, tumors, osteomyelitis, cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and severe osteoporosis. 3. Coagulation dysfunction. 4. Diseases of the brain, lungs, heart, and blood systems. 5. During the treatment process, there is a lack of cooperation, fear of needles, and dizziness. 6. Equipped with heart metal valves and pacemaker implantation surgery. 7. There is an intracranial implantation procedure. 8. Malignant tumor patients. 9. Accompanied by central or peripheral nerve damage. 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
