50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 50 and 65; (2) SBP is between 140 and 179 mmHg, and DBP is between 90 and 109 mmHg. (3) Had no habit of regular exercise within 3 months before the intervention began; (4) Be conscious and voluntarily participate in exercise intervention; (5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently participating in other scientific experiments; (2) Suffering from musculoskeletal diseases that cause impaired motor function; (3) Suffering from cognitive impairments, such as dementia; (4) Suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases other than hypertension; (5) Be diagnosed with cancer; (6) Diagnosed with diabetes or other metabolic diseases; (7) There is a risk of falling.
