18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~75 years old, body mass index 18~30 kg/m^2; 2. The patient can have good communication skills and can evaluate the numerical score of pain; 3. ASA is graded as level I~III; 4. NYHA is graded as Level I~II; 5. Patients who undergo elective laparoscopic hepatectomy; 6. No coronary heart disease, heart failure and malignant arrhythmia in the past, no uncontrollable hyperglycemia and hypertension; 7. Operation time< 6h; 8. Agree to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of cortisol hormones or analgesic drugs; 2. Those who have a history of central nervous system and psychological diseases in the past, and have recently taken psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients with serious heart, kidney, lung, and brain dysfunction before surgery; 4. Presence of severe sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block of any grade before surgery; 5. Previous history of severe allergy to anesthetic drugs (propofol, ropivacaine, atracurium cisbesylate, dexmedetomidine, opioid analgesics) and blood products; 6. Presence of puncture point infection.
