Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with severe burns (burn area: second-degree >=31% or third-degree >=11% body surface area) with dyspeptic symptoms; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. Agree to receive TEA treatment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with autoimmune diseases that affect gastrointestinal motility, such as multiple sclerosis, dermatomyositis, etc.; 2. After gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Have taken prokinetic, anticholinergic or dopamine antagonists and other drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility in the past week; 4. Pregnant or lactating females; 5. Presence of metal implants in the body (e.g., intracranial, intracardiac stent implants); 6. Those who are unable to paste electrodes for TEA, electrocardiogram and gastric electrogram testing; 7. Patients with obvious mental disorders and epilepsy.
