Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for heart failure as stipulated in the "2024 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure", and the caregiver is the designated primary caregiver of the patient. 2.The caregiver was diagnosed with caregiver burnout by the "Mayer Burnout Inventory". 3.Age > 18 years old. 4.Care duration >= 4 weeks. 5.Can conduct normal verbal communication. 6.Has given informed consent and voluntarily participated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The caregivers include those who are nannies or care workers and require payment; 2.Have a history of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, manic-depressive psychosis, menopausal psychosis, paranoid psychosis, and various psychoses accompanied by organic disorders); or have severe organic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe dysfunction of heart, liver, and kidney); 3.Have severe communication disorders or are unable to cooperate.
