Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18–65 scheduled for elective surgery (e.g., pulmonary, vascular, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, or ENT procedures) with an ASA physical status classification of I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined neuraxial anesthesia; history of psychiatric and/or neurological disorders; presence of arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, or intracranial surgery; known allergy to propofol or remifentanil; pregnant or breastfeeding women; and patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator or those who do not provide informed consent.
