18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years.? 2.Patients with extrahepatic biliary obstruction who underwent prior ERCP for placement of a covered self-expandable metal stent (cSEMS) and now require repeat ERCP for stent exchange due to obstruction; or are scheduled for ERCP for stent removal due to other indications, despite the stent remaining patent (non-obstructed), and the stent has been in situ for >180 days. 3.Availability of complete clinical documentation.? 4.Provision of written informed consent to participate in the study.?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for ERCP stent removal with stent indwelling time =180 days.? 2.?Severe cardiopulmonary disease precluding safe ERCP.? 3.Conditions preventing ERCP access (e.g., gastrointestinal obstruction).? 4.Refusal to participate in the study.?
