Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For female patients diagnosed with the need for IVF-ET treatment, this study only includes the cycle of direct transfer of embryos without freezing after egg retrieval; 2. Those who have not had major life events in the past six months (such as the death of relatives, natural and man-made disasters, accidental blows, etc.); 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation in information collection, and regular follow-up; 4. Junior high school education level or above, clear awareness, able to complete the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 50 years old; 2. hereditary diseases; 3. Investigators who have not undergone egg retrieval, embryo transfer and have withdrawn due to various reasons; 4. Those who suffer from acute infections and sexually transmitted diseases such as genitourinary system before treatment and are unable to enter the treatment cycle; 5. Severe organic diseases of the reproductive and endocrine systems. 6. History of oral diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, and lung diseases in the past month; 7. Those who have cognitive impairment, mental illness and have received psychological treatment in the past.
