Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age>=18 years; Patients with colorectal cancer with clinical diagnosis of stage I.-III; Within 12 months of completion of active cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy); Cancer-related fatigue (cancer fatigue scale score >=18 points); Able to communicate and read Chinese in Mandarin; Able to understand and provide informed consent; Ability to use WeChat and communicate through it.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a clinical diagnosis of other cancers; have cognitive deficits, as indicated by the Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT) < 8 ; are diagnosed with mental disorders, or under treatments for mental disorders; currently participate in other studies.
