Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Admission score: Pain score (NRS) >= 4 points; (2) Age range from 45 to 80 years old; (3) Unilateral onset; (4) Duration of illness: 1-6 months after the healing of herpes lesions; (5) Scope of herpes damage: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal nerve innervation areas; (6) The patient has clear consciousness and no communication barriers; (7) The subjects sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Not meeting the inclusion criteria; (2) Whole body or local infection at the puncture site; (3) Previous history of nerve damage treatment; (4) Hemoglobin<110 g/L, platelet count<150 × 1^09/L, or abnormal coagulation function test; (5) Cancer, autoimmune diseases; (6) History of mental illness and drug abuse.
