40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40 to 70; 2. presence of snoring; 3. No antidepressants, antipsychotic drugs, mood stabilizers, benzodiazepines or other drugs affecting the central nervous system have been used for at least 3 months before the first episode or enrollment. 4. Voluntary participation in the study with written informed consent obtained from the participant;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe, poorly controlled, or unstable medical conditions deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigators, such as atrial fibrillation; 2. Individuals who meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for other psychiatric disorders, such as substance dependence or schizophrenia; 3. Individuals with a history of any neurological disorders, including traumatic brain injury, seizures, or neurodegenerative diseases; 4. Individuals who have undergone hysterectomy or bilateral oophorectomy; 5. Individuals who have received estrogen replacement therapy within the past 3 months; 6. Individuals currently receiving treatment for OSA within the past 3 months; 7. Individuals with comorbid sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, or REM sleep behavior disorder.
