Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) meets the relevant criteria of the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease (2016 Edition). Specifically, it conforms to the core motor symptoms of parkinsonian syndrome: bradykinesia and at least one of the following—muscle rigidity or resting tremor. Additionally, there are no absolute exclusion criteria, at least two supportive criteria are present, and no red flags are observed. 2.The patients were classified as Revised Hoehn-Yahr Staging Stages 1-4. 3.Capable of cooperating with physical examinations and completing questionnaires.??; 4.Capable of cooperating with eye-tracking experiments.?; 5.The patient or legal guardian has signed the informed consent form.??;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with parkinsonian syndrome caused by encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson-plus syndromes, or other types of dementia. 2.Excluding comorbid neurological disorders, muscular disorders, spinal disorders, or other gait-impairing conditions.?; 3.?Excluding patients with aphasia, delirium, consciousness disorders, or psychiatric conditions that may compromise cognitive assessment.?; 4.Patients who underwent intracranial surgical treatments for Parkinson's disease (including neuroablative procedures and deep brain stimulation).?; 5.Participants who were unable to complete the eye-tracking experiment due to:?? Severe visual dysfunction Advanced cataracts Severe nystagmus Ptosis or other conditions interfering with ocular signal acquisition;
