Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy students enrolled in Fudan University during 2025-2026; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Normal general health, able to understand and comply with study requirements; 4. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of a clear diagnosis of a psychiatric disorder; 2. Use of sedative-hypnotic or other antidepressant, anxiolytic, or antipsychotic medications in the past 3 months; a history of alcoholism, tobacco use, and other psychoactive drug abuse in the past 3 months; 3. A history of significant cardiovascular, metabolic, immune system, or neurological disorders; 4. The presence of severe motor dysfunction or the inability to perform light to moderate physical activity; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
