18 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary benign or malignant gallbladder diseases treated at multiple centers and confirmed by pathology. 2.Aged 18 to 74 years, with no gender restrictions. 3.Karnofsky Performance Score greater than 50.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Simultaneous presence of two or more malignant tumors, or gallbladder malignant lesions that are not primary. 2.Combined with severe central nervous system diseases, respiratory diseases, autoimmune diseases, chronic renal insufficiency, long-term use of immunosuppressants, or severe uncontrolled infections. 3.Simultaneous presence of active cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, including a history of stroke, myocardial infarction, or unstable angina within the past 6 months, or congestive heart failure classified as NYHA Class II or above, as well as severe arrhythmias requiring medical treatment. 4.Women of childbearing age with a positive blood pregnancy test or without a pregnancy test, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5.Patients who have participated in other therapeutic clinical trials with unclear treatment measures or unavailable treatment information during the course of their disease.
