Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old; Diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction (AMI) (ICD-10 standard I 21); Received percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment; Currently undergoing Phase 2 cardiac rehabilitation program; Can speak, read, and understand Mandarin; Willing to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient experienced serious complications; The patient has participated in the hospital centered Phase 2 cardiac rehabilitation project.
