20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20 to 80 years, regardless of gender; ?2.Histologically confirmed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma; ?3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0 or 1; 4.?American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I to III; 5.?Underwent radical surgery with D2 lymphadenectomy; 6.Underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy with or without immunotherapy, completing >=2 cycles of treatment; 7.No distant metastasis (M0) confirmed preoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Received preoperative radiotherapy or targeted therapy. Regimen unconfirmed; ?2.Presence of multiple gastric lesions (multifocal tumors); 3.Preoperative detection of distant metastasis (M1 stage) or intraoperative findings of peritoneal carcinomatosis/positive peritoneal cytology; 4.History of other malignancies within 5 years (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer); 5.Underwent emergency surgery or palliative resection; 6.Missing critical clinical data (e.g., unspecified lymph node station details in pathology reports, unrecorded preoperative treatment plans) precluding analysis.
