Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Class I or II; 3.BMI 18.0~30.0 kg/m^2 4. Mallampati Classification Class I or II 5. The operation time is 0.5~3 hours 6. Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia 7. Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, sore throat, hoarseness, dysphagia, pharyngeal surgery in the past 2 weeks; 2. Long-term use of corticosteroids or psychotropic drugs in the past; 3. Airway compression or displacement; 4. Those who are allergic to lidocaine glue or its components
