65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with actual age >=65 years, ASA classification I-III, non-cardiac surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Can communicate normally before surgery, and can cooperate with the completion of various scores; 3. The expected hospital stay is at least 3 days; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairment; 2. Patients with delirium at baseline, severe dementia or mental illness who are unable to communicate; 3. The patient refused to continue the observation and withdrew from the experimenter; 4. Terminally ill patients with a life expectancy of less than 6 months (such as metastatic cancer, pancreatic cancer or receiving hospice care.; 5. Lost visitors after discharge due to force majeure factors;
