Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age greater than 60 years old; 2.Meets the diagnosticcriteria for sarcopenia (in accordance with the diagnostic consensus of AWGS and EWGSOP); 3.Conscious and able to express and communicate normally; 4.Has the ability to walk and move independently;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is severe damage to important organ functions. 2.cancer; 3.Companied by severe spinal and limb bone and joint diseases; 4.Unable to complete the training as prescribed by the doctor; 5.Peripheral arterial ischemia;
