Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent selective operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients have been fully informed of the research protocol and have given their informed consent to participate;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evaluate patients with cognitive impairment before surgery. 2. Suffering from mental or neurological diseases and taking sedatives, hypnotics and psychotropic drugs over a long period. 3. Patients unable to communicate because of mental diseases, hearing or visual impairments, etc. 4. Before surgery, the MMSE score is below the lowest score for the corresponding educational background (illiterate <= 17 points; primary school <= 20 points; secondary school <= 22 points; university <= 23 points). 5. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate with the experiment.
