Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years. 2.Patients with histopathologically confirmed primary head and neck cancer scheduled to receive radiotherapy with a prescribed course of 30-35 fractions. 3.Patients who were fully informed of their diagnosis and voluntarily consented to participate in this study after detailed explanation by investigators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with impaired consciousness or communication/comprehension difficulties. 2.Patients with severe mental disorders or serious somatic diseases. 3.Patients with diabetes mellitus or honey product allergies. 4.Currently participating in other similar clinical studies. 5.Patients receiving concurrent radiotherapy with immunotherapy or targeted therapy. 6.Pre-existing oral mucositis prior to radiotherapy initiation.
