18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–80 years; 2) Diagnosed with primary gastrointestinal tumors by histopathology; 3) Proposed to undergo laparoscopic or open radical gastrointestinal tumors surgery with R0 resection; 4) Preoperative liver and renal function indexes (ALT, AST, Cr and BUN) were within the normal reference range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A combination of perforation, obstruction or active bleeding requiring emergency surgery. 2) Use of antibiotics, probiotic preparations or active infections within four weeks before enrolment. 3) A combination of autoimmune diseases, a history of malignancy or being pregnant/lactating. 4) The presence of contraindications to surgery or distant metastases (M1 stage).
