Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have type 2 diabetes; 2. Self-reported lack of regular exercise habits; 3. Conscious and able to voluntarily participate in exercise interventions; 4. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment; 2. Have serious comorbidities or complications, such as heart failure, autonomic neuropathy and stroke; 3. Have musculoskeletal diseases that cause motor dysfunction; 4. Have a history of cancer; 5. Allergy to nitroglycerin; 6. Have low blood pressure; 7. Have glaucoma; 8. Have end-stage renal disease.
