Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Research participants or their legal guardians voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and provided signed informed consent; 2. Patients aged >28 days and <80 years, regardless of gender; 3. Patients presented with clinically evident upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) or lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI); 4. Completed tNGS testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients who did not sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients with severe comorbidities affecting major organ systems, including but not limited to: cardiac, cerebral, respiratory, circulatory, endocrine, immune, or hematopoietic systems.
