Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: >=14 years old; 2.According to the aHUS hierarchical diagnostic criteria in this study, patients who meet the criteria of aHUS diagnosis, quasi-diagnosis and suspected diagnosis (Note: The main diagnostic criteria of aHUS hierarchical diagnostic criteria include. (1). renal function damage of unknown cause, whether dialysis is needed or not; (2). The serum complement C5b-9 increased more than 25% of the normal upper limit. Secondary diagnostic criteria include : (1).microangiopathic hemolytic anemia; (2). Platelet decrease < 100 * 10^9/L; (3) Mutation of complement gene; (4) Renal pathology suggests TMA. (5) Abnormal detection of complement factor. Diagnosed aHUS: it conforms to the main diagnosis and at least 3 items in (1) ~ (4) or at least 4 items in (1) ~ (5) aHUS to be diagnosed 2 items in (1)~ (4) or 3 items in (1) ~ (5) are consistent with the main diagnosis and the secondary diagnosis at the same time. Suspected diagnosis of aHUS: it conforms to the main diagnosis and one of the secondary diagnoses (1) ~ (4) or two of (1) ~ (5) .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(TTP); 2.Shiga Toxin-producing Escherichia Coli Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome(STEC-HUS); 3.Refuse to sign informed consent form;
