Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lung cancer patients: pathologically confirmed stage I.-II non-small cell lung cancer (AJCC 8th edition); Newly diagnosed patients who have not received chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or surgery; Age>=18 years. Healthy volunteers: low-dose CT confirmed absence of pulmonary nodules; Age, gender matched with case group (/-5 years); No history of tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lung cancer patients : combined with other malignant tumors ; recent ( within 3 months ) severe infection or autoimmune diseases. Healthy volunteers : chronic inflammatory diseases ( such as COPD ) ; long-term history of immunosuppressant use.
