Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) There is a large-area soft tissue defect in the ankle and foot, and simple skin grafting cannot be applied; (2) It is diagnosed as combined bone defect through imaging examination; (3) The patient's age is >= 18 years old; (4) The patient is informed and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Lower limb vascular occlusion; slender or absent bilateral lateral circumflex femoral artery perforators. (2) Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetic nephropathy and coronary heart disease or with major complications, who are unable to tolerate surgery. (3) Patients with other conditions that affect postoperative functional exercise. (4) Patients who have been taking hormonal drugs for a long time or have autoimmune diseases. (5) Patients with poor treatment compliance.
