Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 4-10 years, regardless of gender (girls aged 4-9 years, boys aged 4-10 years); 2. The height is at the P10-P25 level of people of the same age and sex; 3. Bone age <= actual age +6 months (atlas method); 4. Prepuberty (Stage 1 Tanner); 5. No previous history of growth hormone therapy; 6. Birth weight/height for gestational age (P10-P90).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with hypocalcemia with serum calcium below 2.13 mmol/L (8.5 mg/dl); 2. Liver or kidney dysfunction; Chronic systemic disease or immune deficiency; 3. has been diagnosed with another growth disorder (GH deficiency, Turner syndrome, Noonan syndrome, Laron syndrome, or growth disorder caused by hypothyroidism); 4. Children identified as obese based on BMI; 5. Impaired glucose regulation or diabetes mellitus; 6. Congenital bone malformations, scoliosis or claudication; 7. Mental illness; 8. Allergic to the ingredients of the investigational product; 9. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 10. Receiving medication or other hormone therapy that may interfere with GH secretion or function; 11. For other reasons, the researchers considered it unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
