Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with acute myocardial infarction: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and the permanent resident population of China (annual cumulative outbound time=18 years; (2) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and the permanent resident population of China (annual cumulative outbound time<=1 month); (3) no history of cardiovascular disease; (4) Voluntarily participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form; (5) You can complete the online questionnaire survey by yourself or complete the questionnaire survey with the help of the investigator; (6) Understand the meaning of each item in the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with unclear consciousness or mental abnormalities; 2.Those currently participating in other similar research projects.
