Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clearly defined gastrointestinal tumour subtypes (e.g. gastric, colorectal, oesophageal, pancreatic), which need to be diagnosed based on pathology or imaging confirmation; 2. Only patients receiving ICI therapy (e.g. PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) are included, which may include single-agent or combination chemotherapy/targeted therapy regimens; 3. Age >= 18 years, and completion of at least 3 months of follow-up after treatment; 4. Complete baseline data and VTE event records, which need to be confirmed by imaging; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of VTE; 2. exclusion of patients who have received prophylactic or therapeutic anticoagulation prior to treatment; 3. patients with recent (within 3 months) major illnesses, major surgeries or traumas; 4. patients who have been lost to follow-up after the start of treatment.
