Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neonatal intensive care unit nurse; 2.Obtain a nurse practice certificate; 3.More than 1 year of work in the neonatal intensive care unit; 4.Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Regular trainees; 2.Trainee nurses; 3.Trainee nurses; 4.Those who are unable to participate in the survey due to sick leave, personal leave, or going out for further study or study.
