Group A (Internal drainage group):Arthroscopic popliteal cyst drainage group
Group B (internal drainage combined with cyst wall resection group):Arthroscopic treatment of popliteal cysts using internal drainage combined with cyst wall resection

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Symptomatic popliteal cyst; (2) The popliteal cyst was confirmed as Baker's cyst by MRI or ultrasound; (3) More than 3 months of conservative treatment is ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) K-L grade greater than III; (2) Combined with ligament injury; (3) Rheumatoid arthritis, infectious arthritis and gouty arthritis; (4) Previous arthroscopic surgery or open surgery for popliteal cysts and recurrence.
