Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over 40 years old; 2. Patients with any of the following high-risk factors: a history of smoking (>= 20 packs per year), a history of environmental or high-risk occupational exposure (such as asbestos, chromium, uranium, radon, etc.); coexisting chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diffuse pulmonary fibrosis or a history of tuberculosis; a history of malignant tumors or a family history of lung cancer, especially a first-degree relative family history; 3. The maximum diameter of the nodule does not exceed 10mm; 4. No severe hematological abnormalities, such as severe anemia, leukopenia or thrombocytopenia, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple nodules; 2. The nodule is a non lung derived metastatic tumor; 3. Patients with brain metastases; 4. Participants who have undergone surgical resection or any other anti-cancer treatment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with mental illness or poor compliance.
