60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 60 years old, resident in the community (with a health record in the community and a residence time of >= 6 months); (2) patients with stable COPD diagnosed according to GOLD 2025; (3) patients with normal cognitive function, able to express their own situation; (4) those who gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those with obvious mental illness; (2) those with visual, hearing, or limb movement disorders; (3) those suffering from severe physical diseases, acute exacerbation or terminal stage of chronic diseases, or a combination of serious illnesses; and (4) those who are currently participating in other research projects.
