Intervention Group A:For each meal, start by eating vegetables (>=150g) for at least 8 minutes, then consume protein (such as lean meat, soy products), and finally eat carbohydrates (staple foods). Th
Intervention Group B:For each meal, consume protein-rich foods (50–100g, with the specific quantity individualized based on the patient’s weight and caloric needs) for at least 8 minutes first, follow
Control group:There is no guidance on the eating order and meal times. Eat in the regular way. Do aerobic exercise for no less than 150 minutes (5 times a week).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Personnel aged 18 - 59 years old, regardless of gender; 2. For men: BMI >= 24 kg/m² or waist circumference >= 85 cm or body fat percentage >= 20%; for women: BMI >= 24 kg/m² or waist circumference = 80 cm or body fat percentage >= 30%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, coronary heart disease, etc; 2. People with high blood pressure, with systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg; 3. Pulmonary diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and pulmonary insufficiency, etc; 4. Metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, etc; 5. Hemorrhagic diseases, such as leukemia, hemophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura, etc; 6. Pregnant and postpartum women, lactating women; 7. People in the recovery period after surgery; 8. People with liver and kidney insufficiency; 9. Patients with diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, such as having sports injuries, joint injuries, osteoporosis, etc. within the past six months; 10. Others who are medically advised not to carry out diet control and weight loss through exercise.
