Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients who require elective general anesthesia for internal jugular venous puncture and catheterization 2: Age >= 18 years, ASA Class I-III 3: Patient or legal representative signs written informed consent and voluntarily participates in the study 4: Awake and conscious before surgery, and can cooperate with the position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Infection at the puncture site, trauma, burns, or skin breakage, etc 2: Internal jugular vein thrombosis or suspicious thrombosis 3: Severe coagulopathy (INR > 1.5, platelets < 50×10?/L or recent use of anticoagulants that have not been discontinued) 4: Pregnant or lactating women
